Telephones traditionally used copper wires to transmit signals to and from exchanges and then to the household or business telephone. As technology improved and optical fibre was invented it became possible to transmit more and more data and voice systems across the system. This legacy remains in the system available to you:
ADSL using copper wire between your the client premises and the nearest exchange
FTTC "Fibre to the Cabinet", where a combination of copper wire from your premises to the nearest distribution cabinet in your area that is supplied from the exchange through fibre optic cable
FTTP "Fibre to the Pole", where there is a fibre connection from your premises to the distribution cabinet and then to the exchange.
We offer a range of packages and services but those highlighted above are the most common products used by our clients.
